ARE YOU READY TO HEAL?

Individual, family, child, couples and grief psychosocial counselling.

MY APPROACH

Guidance and cognitive tools for better navigation of your situation

I implement effective  psychosocial counselling methods like cognitive behaviour therapy to aid in establishing an improved sense of self to help you adopt new and positive ways of thinking and feeling about issues in your life. My expertise is in guiding you to better cope with feelings of sadness, fear, conflict or grief to bring about a way to navigate your thinking and build coping mechanisms to constructively handle situations for life-altering results. Therapy is a healing journey which works best through participation and investment from all parties involved.
